Jared has vast experience in the disciplines of architecture, urban planning and real estate development. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky and is an active member of the American Institue of Architects and the Urban Land Institute. His past work includes the San Diego Street Design Manual—citywide guidelines adopted by the City of San Diego City Council in 2002 to standardize roads to make the city more pedestrian-friendly. While working for M.W. Steele Group, Jared worked directly with Mark Steele and the San Diego Chargers as they proposed a 160-acre redevelopment project within San Diego, including a new state-of-the-art NFL stadium.
Jared has many years of experience in leading public process projects. He has the flexibility, understanding and ability to adapt and build relationships with clients, government officials, jurisdictions and community stakeholders and other special interest groups.
He has recently worked as the sole project manager for a redevelopment firm managing a $52 million mixed-use, transit-oriented project consisting of 18,000 square feet of retail space and 185 residential for-rent units with an affordable housing component. In Jared’s recent position, he managed every aspect of construction and development of the large scale project and worked closely with the contractors, architects, engineers, retail tenants, the participating lender, the public transit board, the City of San Diego, and other consultants to ensure proper execution of construction while maintaining the budget and delivering a successful project.
The level of intensity and involvement in Jared’s past projects combined with his recent accomplishments gives him the experience to lead The Bradley Projects and foster the company’s vision.
