The Bradley Projects, Inc. is a design-based architecture, urban planning and real estate development firm that focuses on quality design throughout Southern California.
As architects and urban planners, The Bradley Projects works closely with its clients to accomplish their design goals. We provide support to our clients in various forms while being responsive to community and governmental concerns. We encourage, embrace and guide the collaborative process that is required in public projects, new development, urban redevelopment and revitalization.
As a real estate development firm, The Bradley Projects acquires and develops underutilized areas and parcels in communities and delivers unique, well-designed spaces using environmentally friendly materials where feasible, as an apartments, condominiums or single-family residences. The Bradley Projects also considers mixed-use, retail, commercial, public and other building types where appropriate within the community.
The Bradley Projects is active in the Southern California market, analyzing properties and areas in which to purchase current rental property, owner-occupied property, vacant land and underutilized property to redevelop, revitalize and contribute back to the growing and improving San Diego urban fabric.
Above all, our primary goal is to use architecture to better the built environment and improve our community through responsible design and development.
HISTORY
With vast experience as a project manager in the architecture, urban planning and real estate development fields, Jared and Ashley Bradley started The Bradley Projects, Inc. in September 2006.
The Bradley Projects has been most influenced by Jared’s long-time mentor and close personal friend Mark W. Steele, FAIA, AICP, former Chair of the San Diego Planning Commission and president of the M.W. Steele Group, Inc. Jared has spent over six years working alongside Mr. Steele, first as a project manager for the M.W. Steele Group, and most recently as a private consultant to the M.W. Steele Group on a variety of large-scale urban planning projects.
Michael Stepner, FAIA, AICP, president of the Stepner Design Group, has also been influential to The Bradley Projects as a mentor to Jared’s early career, and most recently in upcoming, large scale urban planning joint ventures.
